Yummy yummy, hardly a day can pass without eating something enak ya. It must be our asian way of life.
The westerners eat to live, while we live to eat.
Last week, I tried Fish Soup in claypot, teochew style I believe, I could hear the ibu owner spattering of teochew to her somebody. The soup is clear and fragant sweet which is the hallmark of any teochew food. As you slurpe down the soup, you can feel an avalanche of goodness pouring into your tummy. The slice boneless fish is fresh, some ordered it with seafood eg, prawns, squid and so on. The place is newly renovated, air-con (i like entering the restuarant in cool comfort, but then, when you start to savour the piping hot soup, perspiration just have to come in ti add to the good score).
